Product details
Every item in the FAOSHOP catalog is chosen for how it holds up in daily use, not just how it looks in a photo. Materials, construction and finish are reviewed before a product is added — the full specification for this item is listed below.
If a measurement, material or care instruction isn't covered here, reach out before ordering — we'd rather answer a question upfront than handle a return afterward.
Made to be used, not just unboxed.
Every order goes through the same checks before it leaves the warehouse, regardless of which department it's from.
Checked before dispatch
Each item is inspected for defects and correct packaging before it ships.
Dispatched within 48h
Orders leave the warehouse within two business days, with tracking sent by email.
Packed to survive transit
Protective packaging suited to the item, not a one-size-fits-all box.
Answered by a person
Support questions are handled by our team, not an automated queue.
Checked before it ships, not after.
